With only a couple of weeks to go before i can no longer send my trucks into London and still undecided as to the best way forward, i’m curious as to what money we’d be looking at for a brace of new 6x2 “Big” cabs.

Just had the same spec Daf at our place from Ford &Slater at Leicester £68000.
Had an a4 advert through the post the week before last for, iirc £73500. Sounds like theres room for manouvre
Renault premium’s your best bet. Dunno how much new for a brace of 6x2’s though, Fair bit less than 68k i’d say.

not from what i was told earlier this year 
the best price for VFM i have had this year was from MAN for the TGX XLX at £64,000
I have 3 DAF 105 460 6x2 Superspaces being delivered 02/01/2012 which good spec - top lights, slider, big tank, sunvisor £68000.00.
Volvo FH 500’s were £72K, Renault Premiums £62K, Renault Magnums £70K

I had a quote from the local Renault dealer:
460 Premium £69k
520 Magnum £77k
Then £1700 extra to spray the chassis red!!!
