Thinking of pricing around this year for a new truck Euro 6 this year. What are peoples opinions on which one is the most reliable and best value for money ■■

i’ve been given rough quote’s so far as follows
scania r580 6x2 tag all singing & dancing 3yrs r&m £126,000
merc 2563 6x2 tag as above £99,000
awaiting daf price 510 ssc tag with 3yrs r&m
awaiting volvo price fh13 540 & fh16 750 both tags volvo don’t price in r&m
scania r730 is £14,000 extra to r580

We have just had a new R450 Topline, full scr, fairly well specced, £89k with 3 years r&m, it’s got 30,000km on it now and averaging 9.4mpg on general haulage, absolutely delighted with it…
