its took me over 24 hrs to put something on here as i so don’t know what to say known rob now for less than a year personally and i so admier him and learnt so much off him in this short time he’s a fella i call on for much advice any hour of day to… just want to say what said on face book to ya Rob my thoughts are with you and your family at a time like this and if anything i can do doesn’t matter how big or small i’m only on the end of the phone and only a short drive feel free to call on me at any hour of day and i’m here for Donna and the kids just as much all the best mate

A nasty experience for everyone involved. Been to a couple of these incidents now, not very pleasant. Hope you’re coping ok Rob. If there’s anything i can do, just shout.

Rob i just told my dad about your accident and if there is anythink he could do dont hesitate to call him and he said if your stuck for a truck he has got one you could borrow.

I hope you console yourself with that message too his family that if you could have did anything to prevent this you would have.
I would imagine anyone would get emotional at a time like this and I hope the fact you are not at fault speeds your recovery, best of luck to you.

Really sorry to read about this Rob as people have said 'There for the grace of God go I ’ It’s something we all know might happen one day but pray and hope it doesn’t

all i can say is what everyone else has said,
i taking us a long time to get over what had happened to us, and you can imagen the thoughts that went through our heads when we read that you had an accedent, we feel for you, your family, and the sadly deceased’s family
and what other people have said about councling i know its problely to early to be thinking about it, i found that i was ok till about 4/5 months then work noticed that soming was wrong and after some persuation i went and it really did help,
our thought are with you

Hi, I’m doing ok. Still having tearful moments and i’m not looking foward to going to bed.
As marbles posted earlier, Mr Vain has been released and my phone is being posted back to me. They’re happy that they have examined and gained any info they needed. (i guess it would be silly to assume i’m in the clear, although i haven’t been cautioned)
The accident. There is so much i could tell you. I saw everything and have relived the event more times than i care to mention. There were 2 lorries and 4 cars. Some minor injuries and one fatality.
Out of respect for the deceased’s family, thats as much as i will say. There are no photos. Nor will there be photos of the damage to Mr Vain. It would serve no purpose. Please, if by some misfortune that you come accross Mr Vain with accident damage, please avoid the temptation to publish photos.
I’m sorry if this seems a little harsh, but i hope that oneday someone may extend my family the courtesy.
