The new truck looks great Luke, and Bulls depot looks well kept and tidy, but it’s a bit on the small side.
That Volvo used to be Michael Jackson’s motor.

Hello fellow Trucknetters. I move into my new lorry later and I’m like a kid at Christmas! It’s only my third brand new lorry but there is nothing better then being the first in my opinion. I’ve kicked the website and YouTube channel into action again and will be creating much more from now on. lorry-driver.comApparently Volvo want to do a promotional video with us next week too so look out for that. Its all very exciting! (Cue the naysayers calling me under endowed and childish ;D.)

It’s not exactly a secret, look at Lukes signature facebook.com/BullTransportLtd/
Today was pottering about getting it ready for work and doing some trailer trails since she has a fixed fifth wheel. Thankfully everything fitted so she’s clear for work on Monday, though fifth wheel will be moved forward a notch during next service to close up gap on 13.6m trailers. Alas the urban trailers always have a ridiculous gap! ONWARD
Sign writing to be applied Monday afternoon then on Tuesday Volvo are filming a video with us and her! Exciting. I too will be making some videos like I did my last FH16 showing viewers around the truck. Thanks for kind comments everyone. I feel like I won the lottery. Drove it for the first time today and Jesus H Christ it’s something else. Smooth and as quiet as a luxury car. Air on the front axle makes a huge difference.
Those FH 16 looks so bad ■■■! Especially the interior! Enjoy your new truck Luke!
some of those trailers are going to have the cobwebs blasted out, I bet some haven’t been over 50mph
Was the fixed fifth wheel a conscious decision on your Bosses part Luke or was it an oversight? Just curious as it seems like something that would’ve been spec’d on such a highly spec’d top of the range unit, and if it was a conscious decision what is the benefit/advantage over a sliding fifth wheel?
A 750 hp truck too pull a tesco urban tri , what a zb waste

It was specced with a view to doing some euro work at some point. A fixed fifth wheel drops our 4.2m curtainsiders to a whisker over 4m
Ditch the trailer, it spoils the photos …

Ahh ok, I see, thanks for the info, I did suspect there would have been a reason behind it, I just couldn’t figure out what it was.

I dunno it’s a bit like you always try to get a wingman who’s uglier than you when you go out on the pull.

In my yoof I never had that as a problem …

Yeah, that’s what all ex wingmen think!
750 Neddies will never get to do any work pulling a Tosco trailer, will it ever get to a proper working temp in the complex engine and exhaust to do it justice ?
Be interesting to see the mpg figures too ? And what does the unit weigh any ideas ?
BUT I would still have one in a flash were I still driving. Classy bit of kit.
