Don’t think they’re in any rush mate. They sold half the land they had and made a nice profit. At the mo they have a base in abp hams hall and also parking facility’s in Davies turner.
There’s a legal battle going on over the site at Northampton as the land gave way twice, under the laden boxes. It was supposed to be the same firm doing hams, but I think John Williams is scouring trust a trader as we speak
