Any herein lies the problem like father, like son. The antisocial behaviour we are faced with in our everyday lives is as a result of the parental controls that are seriously lacking in numerous homes across Britain. Bailey, you are not the only one in our society who perceives that this behaviour is acceptable as a prank. As long as no one is affected in the immediate aftermath, this is deemed to be acceptable. The flip side of these retarded drivers “fun” is that their actions require a reaction. The highways agency has the added expense of re-deploying manpower and a number of vehicles to do the job again or clean up the mess they leave behind and each time this is done, men are put at risk by the bumwipes who take pleasure in these antics. 
I’d be interersted to see how “Fun Filled” their employer thinks it is when the fines start rolling in.
Rest assured, if I were on the road and saw these nobs, I would be taking reg numbers down.

Traffic management crews get killed and seriously injured every year coning out,so making them do it all again,due to one idiot’s ‘enjoyment’ is pathetic.
Near misses are so frequent in the M1 works at Luton,that we have to implement rolling road blocks for any live lane traffic management works,because the contractor feared that an operative was going to get killed soon.So more delays for everyone.But the idiot will be long gone by time the cones need to be re-sited.
