Ooooo getting bitchy again. Nice try. You don’t need much to find stuff on google. You could take any topic on here and find stuff on google to make you look like you know what you’re talking about. Or in your case, not know what you’re talking about. Best get back to Infowars carry old bean, I’m sure they are missing your conspiracies by now.

Yeah but it’s nothing of the sort is it. It’s proof that several companies bought filling from the same supplier. I know you’re a conspiracy theorist but you’ll need more than that to convince us the government are trying to sell us horse so they can export all the prime beef.

How much more would it take FFS.They’d probably only believe it when we’ve got no horses left to eat because they’ve all ended up in burgers.

Right so this is all it’s takes to convince you that there is a massive conspiracy by the government to stuff us all with horse meat so they can export everything else?! Christ you don’t take much convincing do you. Goes to prove my theory that most conspiracy theorists are gullible fools. And you lot think the likes of me are the naive ones…

The fact is Polish horsemeat seems to have ended up in burgers sold in Britain that should have contained beef.Which leaves the question why did one one of the worlds best beef producers need to import beef ( that no surprise actually turned out to be horse
) indirectly from Poland. While the beef produced here ended up going for export in record amounts.
Ok still not getting it then. It wasn’t horse meat it was horse DNA in most cases and it wasn’t polish beef being imported it was a filler substance which makes up a large part of cheap burgers. No one buys Tesco Value burgers for the quality of the meat. Understand that now?
Good to see you back Luke, how`s it going?

Oh right.I get it.It’s a cheap burger that should contain a small amount of beef.In addition to which a large part of it can be made up of a ‘filler substance’.Which in this case just happened to be a ‘filler substance’ made of horse when it should have been made of ■■.
Beef.
Which,as I’ve said,we are one of the world’s best producers of.So why the need to go to Poland for so called Polish beef ‘filler’,that’s actually horse, when we’ve got plenty of ‘beef’ of our own.But maybe too many people can’t afford to buy proper burgers, made with just decent quality beef meat, instead of mostly so called ‘filler’,because British wages are being paid in worthless mickey mouse money and most of our decent beef, that could go into those so called ‘value burgers’ ( which are obviously anything but considering the accepted definition of the word ‘value’ ) is going for export.
When my Grandad got the hell out of Poland in the late 1930’s, he left a shedload of horses behind. Surely I’m due a cut somewhere along the line?
Tesco are now recalling all of their vegetarian burgers after finding traces of uniQuorn as well.
We’re all doomed. Doesn’t anyone on here ever have a kebab? Do you really expect any of that stuff to contain only what it says on the price list?
Anyone who thinks burgers sausages or any other processed foods to contain the best cuts of meat is clearly stupid. It’s nothing new and it ain’t the government behind it.
Yes we know burgers and black pudding and donner kebabs aintthe best of things but sometimes you have to have a grease and stodge fix.
I don’t mind a bit of offal steak and kidney pudding lambs hearts etc very tasty.
The only way you will get burgers made from good cuts of meat is from a good butcher or somewhere like borough market. Even then you need a bit of fat and stodge to hold them together.
God how I miss borough market in the gastronomic wasteland of North America.

You obviously missed the bit where I said my preference is for a decent fillet steak ( which I’m sure is British beef ) with a Canadian lobster bought from Marks usually with a lot of aggro from her concerning the price.

As I said it’s not me who’s lost around 60,000,000 euros worth of business because I decided to import beef filler from Poland that turned out to be horse instead of using British beef for sale in British burgers.
I suppose it all depends on your definition of stupid. But no suprise that common sense would seem stupid to a total moron. If the cap fits wear it.

Er no not exactly. The way I read it is that China wants ‘us’ to make ‘China’ ‘self sufficient’ in beef supplies by turning over ‘our’ beef production to supply the Chinese. In which case it’s obvious that they see our farms as being theirs and what do the British get to eat.

You could say the same about why is eating dog so taboo in the uk when the Koreans etc seem to like it.Why the zb would anyone here want to eat horses ( or dogs ) when we’ve got great beef growing land and good beef. What’s better a decent fillet beef steak or horse or dog meat. We’re British so we eat steak or roast beef and Yorkshire pudding.Let the French and Polish eat their horses if that’s really what they prefer and the Koreans etc can eat their dogs, instead of keeping them as pets like we ( rightly ) do.
