HGV stopped at Thornham over hours

milodon:
Clearly not at BrainSurgeonUK now are we.

Oh so we’re resorting to childish insults now are we.? :unamused:
Reckon you’ve just lost the argument mate eh?

But hey, don’t take it so bad that you have shown yourself up to be an unprofessional and irresponsible hgv driver by clearly displaying on a public forum your cavalier and negligent attitude towards drivers hours regs…not my fault mate. :bulb:

Lol, whatever, you won.

biggriffin:
He was busy, he had to get home for Christmas, No British driver would ever have done that !!!,

True but an English driver might have

milodon:
Lol, whatever, you won.

Lol…thanks.

Not wishing to make lite of this topic but you could also wear her clothes and if stopped claim an identity crisis.

milodon:
I suppose it might be thanks to his infractions being as nonexistent as the lorry on his avatar, or the company he’s subbing to.

Only a guess but did you happen to be an o/d at one point? Maybe it didnt work out for you?
Not really sure where you get off with the non existent truck/wife/car ect from. What could i possibly gain from being on a forum as a pretend ten a penny driver??
Fyi the truck in my avatar is a generic image before i took delivery of my Fh16 and i dont post pictures of it as the livery also contains the (non existant according to you)name of the company i sub for.
Carry on with the slagging, you fill your boots  As ive said before it goes whooooosh :arrow_right: :arrow_right: :arrow_right: :arrow_right: over my head :grimacing:

Dipper_Dave:
I’ve had another thought (a clean one), is it possible Andrew for your card to be ‘to clean’ I mean for the miles you do one would expect the odd minute infringement and printout excuse. ?

Possibly DD, ill have to throw a few infringements in i reckon… :grimacing::wink:

As it is clear you have delved into my posts to find my history as an o/d, I’m sure you have also seen the Scania I bought from new, the Krone it was pulling, and the company I was pulling it for. Just like any other o/d on here with more than a couple hundred posts. It worked out for me just fine, but four years was enough for me to realize that there is no future in running just one truck and dealing with other people driving my trucks was something I felt I could go on living without. I could walk into the local Scanny dealership tomorrow and walk out with the keys to an S520 with plastic on the seats, I choose not to. To each his own. To imply that my posts towards you have something to do with me no longer working as an o/d, makes as much sense as I would be jealous over your service in the 22nd SAS (go on, look it up in your own posts), because I have never served anywhere.

People lie, small people lie about small things and it’s all relative. Cleaning the bogs at a Polish MSA might seem like a crappy job, until you compare it to a coal mine in North Korea. So one can only assume what you actually do is a bit more mundane, than what you claim. You are not the first and will not be the last. The internet is a breeding ground for the weird.

I do know where your avatar is from, I suppose pretending to be someone else became just that much more difficult after the inception of TinEye and now the Google reverse image search. I mean, it would take so little to prove you are who you are to me and the rest who aren’t caught up in the charade, but your reluctance to do so speaks numbers.

So are you saying that you are not actually the guy doing the ’ Romanian cab dance ’ in your avatar?

And that Robroy does not really drive a red Scania? And Andrew G does not have a Volvo? Maybe I am not a beaver…

Who knew? :open_mouth: :unamused:

I see the choice of audience can only be commended, if nothing else.

And I’m really a bloke called Trevor , ■■■■ I’ve been found out.

Captain Caveman 76:
I was at a wife swap party the other night. The rules were: whoevers car keys you pull out, you get thirty minutes in the bedroom with them. Well, I pulled out the keys to this right munter who only goes to these things for a jump. Needless to say, I threw the keys in and tried again, pulling out the keys to this absolute stunner. I demanded at least an hour with her.
Needless to say I was asked to leave and told that if I wasn’t going to play by the rules, I wouldn’t be allowed to play. Without rules, there’s chaos.

Ironically that seems to help the case for a change in the rules to get rid of speed limiters and driving time limits while increasing the daily rest period. In which case the analogy in this case would have been that he still got chucked out for trying get off with both the munter and the stunner instead of just being happy with one or the other under rules of the best of two. :smiling_imp:

your service in the 22nd SAS (go on, look it up in your own posts), because I have never served anywhere.quote

You dont know me from Adam, many of my posts are said in jest and TIC and that one was just that…a bait…FYi i was in the Royal Anglian Regt…as a PT instructor…nothing more nothing less…

Re this charade, you are of course right…youve done your detective work well and im bang to rights, time to come clean. Im actually the director of the company ive been claiming to sub for. I own two (freehold not leased) operating centres, have 55 trucks none on finance, 51 drivers, four subbies. Trailer fleet is currently 63. I also own a vast quantity of land all across the CDS area inc a dozen top spec villas in Marbella…i really do want for nothing…

See where this is going here?..
Also, if you really do require my full name and address just say the word…tell you what ill even provide you with my NIE number, will that suffice the resident TNCSI? :grimacing:

No it wont Andrew. If that’s even your name

Only bank details will verify I’D but because I’m reasonable you can PM them to me so I can check

Like I said, a venue well chosen. As been said before, a photo of an FH16 with a Norfolkline tilt would be more than enough, but that’s not happening is it?

Also Spartacus on my days off, never driven a truck in my life.

FFS…This thread in itself shows why we are wasting our time :unamused:

Let’s crack on and just all do what we want eh? WE ARE ALL POSTING ON A PUBLIC FORUM AND ’ PROFESSIONAL LGV DRIVERS ’ ARE ADVOCATING RUNNING OVER THEIR HOURS.

The mind boggles…

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Drivers always have been, and always will be, their own worst enemies. The ‘crack on’ element has always been as thick as ■■■■, and this thread shows that it’s still the case.

I still think this forum should only be visible to those that have a username (or 2 :unamused: ) and password.

This would surely stop the threads appearing on google searches, and further diminishing any remnants of goodwill the public have towards us.
