Are some of these the Russian version of ‘Jackass’ by any chance? 
I must admit I’m somewhat alarmed at the number of wheels coming off, electric cables and trees brought down, and other debris flying around which makes for an accident for merely being in the wrong place at the wrong time… 
Someone else will have to tell me what their version of insurance and MOT’s is, 'cos I can’t say I have a clue. 
You’d think it would be easy to avoid a collision in a country with more open space than any other country on the planet… Just not where the roads are I guess.
