German cars

You lot need to get a decent motor! Get yourself a Ford Focus.

Brilliant driver’s car.

A Dagenham pile of do do… not a chance in hell…

Ever driven one? Mine has a Volvo engine.

Yes I have driven quite a few ford focus’s…as the place I use to work at had a fair few from the basics up to the ST’s

BMW, the ultimate driving machine!!!

End of

Focus ST’s are for girls. You need to pilot an RS swampster!!

Narh… I stay way from them sort of cars now…cant see the point… the cost for it, cost to maintain it… and having all that performance and not being able to use it on the roads…

I like my driving licence…never had any points and don’t intend to have points

A fair point.

Thats your best joke to date!

You should try a 300 horsepower Focus mate. Very good indeed.

You strike me as a Citroen 2cv type.

Done 300+ bhp with my M3 among a few others, including turbo’d hatchbacks, now i have a 2012 320d m sport for a-b. Maybe next year it will be a c63 just cant beat German cars rwd is a so much better set up.

Oi EB, leave the 2cv alone! I once did an 8 hour endurance race in one of those bad boys. Well the endurance part was right, but maybe “race” was stretching it a bit. Probably the cheapest and funniest thing I’ve ever done.

Fair play Maoster!! I have a grin on my face thinking about the scenario. I bet you were ■■■■■■■ yourself!

Yeah it was a lot of fun mate. You’d think that with only forty odd horsepower you couldn’t get into trouble, WRONG!, all the same a proper laugh and I’d recommend anyone who with a few mates fancies a go to search 2cv racing and have a go.

All fair and dandy if you errrr, have a ‘nice’ car, but if you have the end of a bell driving it, some appeal may wane.

Well i’m not selling it. So there.

Fwd is fine for the missis to pop to the shops, not my bag for owt else.

I bought a german car once but had so many problems with it i had to send it back. It was ok during the day, ( D ) but refused to move when it was in night mode ( N ) however the worst part was when i stopped at a set of lights and a boy racer came along side of me, so to teach him a lesson, as the lights changed, i wacked it into race mode ( R ) and he beat me away from the lights, it was only a fiesta, but by then i`d had enough of it.

Seriously my car is a top of the range E class with all the bells and whistles, its getting on a bit now, but mechanically its as sound as a pound, so decided to spend money on it by way of body work, 2 new wings and a respray on the front end, and rust spots cleaned up, its better spending £2000 on this car than buying someone elses rubbish. My son in law bought a 5 series BMV and within a month had to have a new gearbox !..some are good some are bad, but at the end of the day, its not WHAT you drive, but HOW its driven.
