I mean Dart Group(owners of Fowler welch) are bragging in this weeks Commercial Motor of the amount of profit they have made with the help of lower paid Eastern European drivers,what does this mean?,the rate they do the job for is only any good if they employ a lower paid driver to do it or are they just exploiting these people?

i know dennis, karl is a right prat and think its funny and clever to drive like a prat and sod everyone else in fact it seems with the typical paddy mentality.
well when the dart group bought us out (fieldings) they kept on all the pole regardless of the damage and thieving they do!!
they shut our west brom yard down making the lads redundant but let the poles down there continue working out of stockport. The poor lads living there cant move into a house with 20+ poles as they have family and are now on there arses

My comment is that i couldn’t agree more, thats spot on.
think im going to work for an irish/foreign company if they can do at least 60mph as in our highway code on motorways, but we cant, i get quite sick of 90k also 
does that also apply to NL drivers also?

cant belive what im reading!!! drivers are getting sick of doing 90k
its the limit and so what if it is 90k.
then what raise the limit to 100k then a while down the line you want it up to 120k.
i think if you look in highway code it says in black and white it is 60 mph, i just want to do 60mph as it says on motorways,not other roads.
so why put it in a supposed law book if we cant do it, all or most uk drivers are told to do 50 or just above, its just a money saving thing, and i blame goverment and typical of this hypicritical state we live in.

Do you also want to work for 70 -80 hours a week mostly driving for €600.00 (£400.00) coz that’s what you have to put up with when you ignore speed limiters, hours regs, weight limits, Karl asked who are they hurting.
The industry and their jobs I know I would prefer to do a 48 hour week and get paid a proper wage.
