drivers hours?

Can anyone tell me where i can print the drivers rules etc etc on driving hours breaks, extended driving times etc etc. I’m ok for the wtd/rtd as i’ll print off lucy,s explanation on the wtd forum.

My brother has just got a job in a 7.5 tonner and hes not too sure about the rules, he last drove a lorry in the 70,s.
