Red Moss M74 Junction 13, take B7078 north for exactly 4 miles Red Moss on the left. is small but definitely a good one, food is good, they have a bar. and there’s a decent clean /hot shower and the prices ain’t bad , isn’t open in the day though but £10.00 for overnight /free shower ain’t that badI have heard it is very good and new and clean in there; but what ells I have been told in person is that the place is a rip off.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Kates and Stibbington are owned by the same person; They’re the sort of places where you’d get bored to death hearing about Twin Splitters and Gardner engines.
^^ they both a dump ,I wouldn’t set foot in either of them ,to start with ive been in both and there was no soap in the bogs and it didn’t look like it had only just run out ,that’s enough for me .p.s I hate Gardners but love the ts have one and soon to be fitting another !

Its just off the m1 dan first layby toward cortonwood,if you google it gives you the views and reviews ,best cafe ive been to for a long time pal…its not just a one off either because im on a regular run and call in every thursday if poss,free warm drink with food before 9am aswell
if your up this way, echlefechan truck stop ,lockerbie truck stop and the new lesmahago truck stop, all good grub
Short bit of advice. As you’ll see good eateries for lorry drovers are scarce and never as good as you can come up with yourself. So try YouTube search for Luke Vernon or look up www.lorry-driver.com
A bastion for spreading a good image in truck driving that bloke. Lot of time for him. His cooking stuff makes me even want to do the odd night out just to try the camping experience. Not really 
Only good places you’ll ever eat as a truck driver are country pubs if you can find parking near one. Transport cafes are all pretty crap.

It’s interesting when people make excuses for not eating well or cooking for themselves. In my opinion what you eat is probably the most important decision you make on a daily basis. Your health should be your priority. And the best was to do this is cookfor yourself. Now I’ve come off road I make packed lunches to take with me. Things like full fry ups from cafes (you can so easily make a fairly healthy version yourself) or McD/BK/KFC should really be a rare ‘treat’ (KFC three piece variety meal is my treat!). Rare as in once a month or less. Even one a week is too much. Diets never work, you need to change habits and break links. Once you get into the swing of it you’ll feel much better
There’s me rallying you up, didn’t read the responses and you’ve posted already. This looks bad, very bad. Fifty quid was it per link we agreed?
Holyhead is £22 inc shower and meal voucher. Brand new and quiet as you like.

If go the old way through Hoyland there’s the bakery and chippy next to each other and you can usually park too .
