does anyone know of anywhere in the northwest that does cpc training how much i am looking to pay and anywhere i can download notes etc on to puta prob put this on the wrong section

I assume you mean the OPERATOR CPC and not the DRIVER CPC 
If the operator cpc - try sending a PM to dieseldave - he may give you some pointers as to where a good provider may be.

I did my passenger one through Manchester training with a home study course.The exam was at Oldham Athletics club.The buffet was nice though. 
.They opened the bar though which wasnt a good idea for a lot of blokes doing exams. 
try the cpc-centre if you fancy home study
good price and I hope good study books (exams 5/12 at Bolton Uni as external candidate £90)
