But yeah you can wait in your cab, without keys of course
Restaurant and Shop closed from 02.00 to 03.00
You also could drop the Trailer,for Break,for example. Just tell the Shunter. (Coffee may apply

Sat here on a bay, having 26 pallets handballed on to a conveyer, been here since 13.00, it’s 16.50 now & they’ve only managed about 8 pallets so far.
Just to add insult to injury they’re leaving the 26 empty pallets on board & all the pallet banks will be shut when I leave [emoji22] so I might have to ‘GIVE’ them away at DHL, Liverpool, where I’m supposed to be collecting for Aldi, Swindon, tomorrow. @ 10.00.
Don’t think that’s gonna happen ! [emoji57]
Got out of that Dump at 19.30, dropped my trailer in DHL as requested by the traffic office & now the Shunter is moaning, tough, I ain’t collecting it until 06.15 tomorrow. [emoji8]
Morrisons ambient at Bridgwater. I arrived 2 hours early and was in an out in 45 minutes 
with 56 mixed pallets. Nice area outside to take my break before drive home.
Vital Pet Supplies North Tawton in Devon. The goods in bod is a complete tool! He always moans regards goods being booked in. I tell him take it or leave it. He always takes it, so why [zb] complain?

I went on Tuesday. Pulled up to take a break but thought I’d chance my arm at booking in. Left an hour an a half before my booking in time. Had to dawdle about to clear my tacho before I left.

Sainsburys Hoddesdon today, turned up an hour early, and left 10 minutes after my booking in time.
32 pallets, 16 notes, 26 lifts, and for the first time ever, NOTHING rejected. Gobsmacked!
Never been there less than 3 hours before.

Morrisons in Bridgewater are an excellent bunch
Pretty inspiring stuff this, i must be extremly lucky having stayed out of the “general haulage” side for my 2 years of driving trucks.

CHEP pallets Hoddesdon, staff have no idea how to run the site properly, will have you sitting for 2 or 3 hours while they seem to do nothing. Often sit on the reload pad waiting for 20 or so mins as they conjugate in the corner in there FLTs for a chat.
DHL Cadburys (Mondeluz) Milton Keynes. arrived 45 minutes early for my slot, went the office they said thats ok, do you wanna take a break in the yard and come back at your time, so i did. Then told its an hour wait before we can load you. I wasn’t to bothered by 1 hour as you’re allowed to stay in the cab there. After 90 minutes I went back in and asked for an update, to be told by the guy at the desk - “I have an update for you, learn to be more patient”. They eventually started loading me 4 hours after my allocated slot.
Dhameca Cash & Carry Wembley, stupid and unsafe parking / unloading and loading area. They will unload a lorry and wont start on the next one until that whole load has been checked off, mean while the flt driver just sits there doing sweet FA.
I have been to a few of there sites and this practise only happens at Wembley.
Best:
Sainsburys Bedford (Clothing) - Loaded in around 90 minutes, good coffee, polite staff who like a good bit of banter.
Asda Bedford - Same as above, very fast and helpful.
ARLA Hatfield - Hilarious guys on security, allowed to stay in cab, always go in fully loaded and never been in there more than 45 mins for a tip.
I feel better now I have vented.

Nightmare to find. Impossible bays for reversing. The bloke in the bungalow opposite reports you if you stop near his house.
The security blokes ok though.

They’ve splashed out on a portacabin now it even has a heater and a television believe it or not.
Been to Asda Rochdale a few times lately and that’s a very quick tip barely time to get a 15 in.
Asda IDC Lutterworth, on the plus side you can sit in your cab, downside is if you end up being a backdoor tip they are useless. Never been there less than 3 hours, once went in after 2 hours to ask how they was getting on, to be told it was just being checked, awesome I thought, went back to the cab and heard a pallet truck on the back, went to look and ask what was happening, only to be told there was still 12 lifts to take off, despite being told by the muppit on the desk I was tipped and just being checked. Ended up being there another 2 hours. Useless, liars, and miserable ■■■■■■■!
Now this one will sound strange, good place, Tesco Reading, never been there longer than 2 hours, and that was only cause it was really busy, normally I am in and out within an hour, although takes them a bloody eternity to answer the intercom and get trucks through the gates!
Co-op Coventry. Was there 3 hours yesterday to tip 6 pallets (not mixed pallets or anything tricky) got put on a bay after about 10 mins.
Whilst waiting I partook in a number of coffees and ■■■■, and noticed the same old faces seemed to be continually nipping out.
Anyway, finally got a green light, and went back to goods in for my notes. Well bugger me if the skinny blonde girl that came in with them hadn’t been out for 3 ■■■ breaks (and that was only while I was under the shelter!!!)
So on average, this girl needs a break for every 2 pallets she tips.
Hateful place.
Asda Warrington what a dump! Despatch is a tiny box room with 3 seats with very ignorant staff!
I have always been side tipped at Emerson Green and find it okay, it only has a single bay but the old guy on the forklift is like ■■■■ off a shovel.

Yep, ASDA Dallam Lane, Warrington is indeed dreadful. Not sure it will get any better next year when it moves to Omega at the side of the M62.
Most of the ASDA ’ workers ’ are going over. I think a handful are rumoured to be taking redundancy.

Only been once. What a bloody rigmarole to put the parking area just after the canopy on the one way system. Bloody good waste of ten minutes.
