it takes 9 weeks to get you O/ licence he ask for a cpc on 26 Nov if he is on the road then this most have been good cos u have to advertise you O/centre in the paper 21 days so i think it could be a windup (IMO)u can ask for an interim one but this costs more and you have to have a full request in.
