A question for Chris.
Is it compulsory, for an H.G.V. driver in Canada or the U.S. to drive along the hard shoulder or whenever they are ascending a long, steep hill, to switch their hazard warning lights on. Or is it just a courtesy to warn other driver that they are travelling at a low speed.
And for a bonus point, can you put a name to these places where I think that you have mentioned before on your travels.
