Hello allThis is Marina, Jon’s wife. I would like to thank you all for your kind words/wishes, they are truly appreciated.
Jon was a wonderful husband and father, he was a truck driver for over 35 years. He worked for Carters/Goodways/Mammoet/Sabra/DHL/MJS before starting his own business in 2007. He had a contract with a Dutch transport consultancy hauling from Europe and beyond back to UK.
He was diagnosed with terminal cancer in June of this year. He remained strong and brave throughout his illness never complaining. My family and I truly miss him deeply.
Make sure you guys spend lots of time with your loved ones, as you never know what’s around the corner.
Life is far too short
But remember you are not alone as you can always come on here & ask for help
