Why have I been issued a dqc?

I took my practical the other day but failed on my 3a reversing:(

But today I received a DQC in the post showing that I am allowed to drive CE!

What am I missing here?

Do I need to go back to the DVLA and let them know this error has occurred? What would happen if I didn’t?

Dqc is for your CPC. Have you passed mod 2 and mod 4? Or completed 35 hrs of CPC?

You get your driving license updated when you pass mod 3a and 3b

?

The DQC doesn’t actually say that! [emoji6]

It just means that you have a CPC qualification that is valid for lorry. You can hold the card with C+E displayed prior to actually holding that category on your licence.

When you pass C+E you will be fully qualified to drive commercially the moment you receive your certificate.
