Well, a little update on my situation.
After 3 weeks, this company still hasn’t provided me with a test date. They haven’t even booked it.
I’ve got my masters degree and uni coming up, so I haven’t got time to deal with them anymore.
I requested a refund, and this scummy company had the gall to deny me a refund on a retest.
A little research and solicitor shopping later, they relented and gave me a refund before I went to court with this.
Suffice to say, I probably won’t be doing my Class 1 any time soon. I feel thoroughly disappointed with the company and the school I went through.
