Yodel ?

I have via agency. Typical of the genre I’d say.

Not hard work, mostly trunks with a bit of local mixed in. The blue eyed boys get the sweet runs, the rest pick up whatever is going, but none of it is bad. Decent newish tractors. An ability to blindside reverse is mandatory I’d say, due to the crazy design of the hubs.

Organisation levels are typical of the industry I.e. not great. But that’s not uncommon in the industry.

No handball, but some staff are miserable as sin, but that’s not unique to Yodel.

I worked via agency and the coin was pretty good. The permanent drivers’ pay is poor in my view (and I wouldnt have taken the job based on that) but it isnt the worst.

They’re red hot on defensive driving and have driver trainers (again not uncommon). I never had a problem but some lads were in the office every 5 mins.

Try it and see is my view. There are worse jobs out there for sure.
