Your digi card belongs to you, not the company who currently employ you. As long as you aren’t in breach of any regulations there are no legal ramifications. If the company you currently work for value you and are forward looking then instead of attempting to chastise you it would be in their interests to actually speak to you, ask you why you are thinking of leaving and maybe, just maybe they will offer you a more attractive package to stay with them.
