Once over parking was a free service to use town facilities, , these and others like them turned it into a rip off business with fines if you don’t pay their extortionate charges, or slightly go over your time.

NCP own a lot of prime real estate around places like Park Lane.
If they are strapped for cash - sell some of those plump assets then, and re-float yourself using your own cash - NOT the taxpayers via this stupid debt relief programme that business doesn’t need, but you can bet your PPE boots they’ll milk to the max because they can
The genral public - needs Debt Walkaway packages - not “Johnny come hide-away the assets, and pretend we’re skint” shysters who’ll end up charging it all to the taxpayer whilst continuing to live in their plum real estates of their own, out of reach due to outmoded Ltd Liability laws…
