Who has the best truck livery?

Castillidie:
Up here in sunny Yorkshire I like the look of the Ernes Coopers fleet. Nice and simple yet noticeable.

Me too

This lot are always nicely painted although their next gen Scanias are a bit meh in my opinion

Thought these looked good when I worked there

Steven of Wick have the best looking lorries on the road by far.

Think these lot look pretty slick.

No they don’t. A barely modified ex-Stobart unit pulling a battered double deck reefer, everything bought for tuppence after ESL or Co op have run it into the ground.

Now these are good looking:

A well planned livery across unit and trailer. It works on a merc, a Volvo, a Daf, hell it could even make a stralis look reasonable. Good for both rigid and artic and recognisable from a distance.

U.K. Operators it’s Joe Sharp or David G Davis for me, purely because you don’t see a bad truck on either firm.

EU Operators I’d say Plant Line or Freight Line

These two always look tidy when you see them on the road,Just enough to let you know who they are.

The company I work for has nothing, thats loss of adverting I think, but a previous company family owned I worked for :

the 44t image was too big not sure how to ruduce size

I kinda like ours.

What, a Peter Green trailer being pulled by a subbie? I think it looks better with a PG unit, and even then it’s average at best. Same reason I haven’t posted a pic of mine. It looks good when it’s clean bit it’s a trade off between what I wanted and what I could afford, so it’s not going to be a candidate for livery of the millennium or anything, it’s just serviceable. That’s exactly how I would describe the Peter Green livery.

As for the Hayton Coultard livery, it works well on a Top line bit it doesn’t port well to other models. I think a great livery should work well no matter which badge is on the grille. And yes, yours does look very nice and shiny.

Coulthards have nice colours, don’t think they suit the volvos though.

Their Scanias with the red walking floors are a tidy outfit.

I agree with this. Classic colour scheme but still look up to date, pure class.
