james t simpson was from Ballymoney n Ireland , he ran 6 or 7 v8 Scania,s and a 480 turbostar on refrigerated and tilt euro uk work, mainly moy park chickens and cookstown bacon and hanging beef , he later had a few 113 scanias now running a lonely 124 Scania part time lowloader work having sold out many years ago to Montgomery transport if I remember right

I remember one of Tymms F88’s, late 1980’s I suppose, left the road and hit a tree on the A41 in Chetwynd Woods just North of Newport.

Didnt H LL Davies used to have a site selling fridge trailers up the A1 - somewhere near Colsterworth? Is it the same company, or my memory playing tricks on me?

The only place I know of is at Dunkirk Chester at the end of the M56, they just specialise in trailer sales, Cheer’s Pete
