I think last year it was said that for the first time - you didn’t have to do 12 weeks at RM on agency on the spin - to qualify for “Parity Pay”.
The agencies opened the doors for a few days in September, and must have filled up quickly - because the ad was taken down soon after.
however - I want to find out about supermarkets offering top dollar for over-christmas agency shifts - with RM only there as a back stop.
Asda @ Erith, Lidl @ Swanscombe, Aldi & Morrisons @ Sittingbourne - any one of which would be “good for me”.
If there are no new agencies since I moved from there to FT 3 years ago - then I might as well go back to the one I was with then, only that they don’t have any direct contracts for the firms I listed above…
