You made some quite specific allegations and used words including scam, con , crime and illegal, providing a crime number is not proof of any of these, Just that an allegation of a crime has been made nor is providing a link to a website with similar language.
Provide proof that a court has convicted them on the offences you alleged then you can repost…
Brokers are not stupid people and many of them know how to stay just the right side of the law while employing marketing and selling practices that some people would consider bordering on sharp and others may even say unethical.
That does not mean they are doing anything illegal and unless a court says otherwise then it wont be published on here.
Your not chatting in a pub on here, in law you are publishing, and subject to the same laws as TV and newspapers, as authors you are liable and as the publishers we are too…
Dont blame me I think the law on this is stupid and irrelevant in todays internet social media society … unfortunatly that is what we have to live with.

Second: If I post something, i think it’s in ur terms and conditions, then it is MY, and ONLY MY opinion. u are not liable for my words
Third: whilst u just speak about it and laugh on poor people got scammed (yes, some post is there about it, now i don’t quote) nothing will happen. As soon as u tell the poor people, how they have a chance to get back their money, u are getting useful.
So if You feel that the company in the topic title made anything against the law (and against You), please wisit the website of the metropolitan police and report them for it.

Wrong, you are the author and we are the publishers. In law if we are aware of a post that contains possibly damaging content and do not remove it, we are also liable. Courts tend to make the publisher pay out far higher damages than the author because they believe as a media company we should have a greater understanding of the law. Our T&C’s state we can come after you for all and any losses we incur however we would much rather not incur any losses in the first place or have to possibly make a driver bankrupt because they could not post with a little restraint and forethought on our forums thank you very much

I dont see anyone here laughing at anyone using any broker, I do see that the forum and its members are very proactive in reccomending that people do not use brokers at all and use a local training school.

This is a good place to sound opinions. Lets stick to facts.
BTW does anyone want advice how to pass the test? Not difficult to pass BUT easy to fail.

mentioning… the targets of these sc****rs (ups, sry, i put stars instead) are not experienced ppl like ur readers, but scared unemployed ppl, for who, when gets here, already too late. to mention them not to use brokers just as pointless as to extinguish the ash. instead, as u have the tool (publicity, experience…) better to give advice what to do (and not just sry, im bored with ur story, there is so much), how to report them if they feel they’ve got scammed, cheated, give them advice what is fraudulent activity and what to do in case, how to claim, how to go to court and how to report them to the police at the end. if ppl can learn how to act AFTER they got in trouble, then these kind of “traders” (just to show i can be polite) will soon disappear. that 10 years and personal liability they can get isnt a good price i think. while just one or 2 report them like me, its not enough, they can always win, but if 10…20 or more report them, im sure they will not.
anyway, this is ur forum, i don’t want to argue with u anymore. they have sent around their customers email addresses, which is breaking the data protection act, and for me its much more against the law to use these addresses than to post a warning on a forum, but what can i do 
thats an interesting thing to act lawless for the law, the choice is ours.
(and u may understand if i tell i have lost 2600 pounds, all my money i have saved in the last 1,5 years)

Checking info from companies house this morning I have noticed that advantage had a creditors meeting yesterday!
Their adverts are still showing on google
I find this a little strange as I would of thought that we would of heard about this a few weeks back!
Starting to make a little more sense now looking into it a bit more, there is a new company called Spacialised training services ltd with the same directors that was incorporated on the 9th January 2012. So they are trying to get rid of their debts which is probably all tax they collected and not paid back, hence taking money out of the pot for services to me and you 
It would be interesting to hear what they have to say about it.
