WTD breaks for 9hr shift

I have a 9hr shift with less than 4 1/2hrs driving expected.

Understand that for 9hrs WTD says I have to have 30 minutes break (15 mins for 6hrs & 15 mins for 6-9hrs.

My question is can I do it as 15mins/15mins (to get a WTD half hour) or does it have to be 15 mins/30mins break because of the 4 1/2hr driving break rule?

No driving break needed as less than 4.5 hours driving time
WTD of 30 or 15+15 if the work/drive total time in the shift is between 6 and 9 hours

Or you could work 5hrs take a 30 then work 4hrs
