Talking sense from the driver's seat

I too am happy in my work.

My most miserable days were on general haulage and tbh i don’t see the attraction at all, once i specialised not only was the work more rewarding financially but also gave far more job satisfaction.

Sorry lads, got a great job, yes of course new box ticking managers come and go but that happens everywhere, we have good equipment, work reasonably short if sometimes odd hours (nature of job), allowed to take a pride, respected and paid well.
No complaints here.

I haven’t watched the video, but if he’s a miserable sod just repeating the same tired ■■■■■■■■ i’ve been hearing for the past 40 odd years from other miserable buggers then i won’t be watching it.
If the jobs bad, go and find another one that isn’t, then look after it so as it lasts forever.
