O Licence?

Wondered if anyone can help?
I work for a company that cuts bricks. We have 2 vehicles running on a restricted o licence (orange disc), one 26 tonne and a 71/2 tonne.
We go to building sites and collect bricks, take them to our factory and cut them and then return them to site. Do we need to have a full o licence to carry out this work as the bricks are not our goods? Our boss is very cavalier as regards the law and I think that the way we operate is not right - I’m sure one of you can give me the answer
Thanks in advance

In this situation you do not need a “unrestricted licence”, you are not doing “Haulage” but are carrying goods to your factory to be worked upon and returned, a Restricted licence is valid for this

Thanks - I’ll sleep alittle easier now!!
