I know that during a fixed week from 00.00 Monday to 23.59 Sunday you are allowed to extend your driving hours twice, but my question is this : if for example on a tuesday i drive lets say 7 hours up to midnight and then another 1.5 hours after midnight will that 1.5 hours bite into my 9 available hours for the wednesday OR does the daily rest period reset your driving hours for wednesday and i can safely do 9 hours driving without having to use one of my safety nets of 10 hours
Days of the week make no difference as the regs are in hours not days
Between 00.00 Monday to 23.59 Sunday is the only rule
Your shift from tue to wed is just that - one shift which allows you 10 hours drive in that shift is you have one available
