Tomorrow is my first day as a class 1 driver (I’ve already had 1 day on a rigid, a couple of weeks ago so this is my 2nd day in total…) and my instructions are to run down the the docks and pick up a trailer which has come in from Birkenhead.
What’s the procedure ? Do I just quote a trailer ref. to the guy on the gate, then cruise around looking for said trailer, or is there a more scientific system in operation ?
What time does the Birkenhead boat get in anyway ?

you might think the above reply would suffice,but if your kipping outside at the petrol station you will see it parking up at 6-30 weather and taliban crew permitting.
if youve no clue,the security cabbage will point at the office and you can ask the helpfull staff in there.
