So I’ve got through my interview. Now I’m required to do a risk Assessment I’m told takes 2 hours. With a company called drive alive. Can’t find any info on this firm to get a heads up on what it involves. Any one done this before.

I done something similar years ago for my first job. It’s just a quiz on your knowledge covers the usual hours, traffic signs, hazard perception etc.
Once it’s done you get a rating of low/medium/high.
If you’ve ever joined an agency it’s the same as the paper test they give you to make sure you aren’t brain dead.
Simple enough stuff nothing to worry about.

No idea. That’s what’s puzzling. Will just have to go and see and hope for the best.

The other 1hr 45min will be a psychological attitude test.
This will be for specialist job applications. You’ll need to wear a high-viz, whilst you’re put in a small unventilated room, with a broken coffee machine, and you have to wait without complaint.
Can’t manage that, you’ll be unsuitable.
