New to the forum, so please excuse errors with etiquette, or repeating a question that has already been answered. I am an operator looking to develop and expand, with warehousing too, based near M40 / M25 J - and do wonder if there’s a reliable way to engage or network with OD’s who perhaps wish to move from an independant basis. I could place an advert for a driver, but am really looking for an experienced bloke or blokes, who are able to think on their own, under the guidance of an experienced transport manager and perhaps find their own work…
