Dropped Trailer losing Air

Have a trailer for a customer that he uses as a workshop and can be parks at different locations for days , similar situation as scaffolders.
When the trailer is dropped for a few hours it loses air and the rear suspension drops which puts the rear barn doors off line.
Is this just a air leak in the trailer or is there a way to stop this

Does trailer dump air automatically when red line disconnected? If not air leak, plenty of soapy water round valves and air fittings, if trailer is dropped on a bay could you dump air then reverse it on a couple of scaffold planks to line doors up?

Just like a domestic water leak, you will find the worst leak first which will be masking any lesser ones. If listening for the leak does not find any thing then build the air right up and then try squirting soapy water around the (top &) bottom of the airbags. These can leak so slowly that you cannot hear anything. This is not the only place the system can leak so you may need to squirt pipework unions etc. As always do not put your self in a position where you could become trapped (squashed) by a sudden loss of air, so clearly changing air bags can be dangerous without proper precautions. Be particularly careful when you are near the levelling valve linkage.

Thats the most sensible method :sunglasses: , set up with the suspension already dropped it could stay there permanently.

Thanks all , I think that planks is the best option , help much appreciated
