i have the misfortune of delivering to this place once or twice a week the averidge waiting time can be anything from 2 to hrs 5 booked for 18.00 wont let you in till 17.00.compare this to sainsbury rotherham your let in when you get there if the bays are free averidge waiting time 30minsto1.30.the difference being hamshall has the dreaded computer system
I think the worst one i have been to is New Rye Park @ Hoddesdon, they have this new fancy computer system that puts the pallets onto a conveyer and stacks them!! the only thing is if it breaks down, they cant do any work!! it took me 8hrs to offload 2 pallets the other week!!
They wont even let you use the canteen!!
