Where would I find a decent shower

Going to be heading down to hayes ub3 from Monmouthshire in abit. Need to get a shower on the way down there. Any of the services down the m4 got decent facilities? Last time I showered in services was at Toddington, it was like they had a toddler peeing on my head with a prostate problem.
