Anyone know what Newport pag or toddington showers are like or if there’s any decent ones between London and a50 derby on m1
Toddington north bound have not long been done were nice in June when I was last there
Newport pagnell ones not bad at all was in the north bound ones last nite

Leicester forest are ok. The red lion at j16 are good but cost £1 to use.
Toddington n/b are ok, stop there regularly

Over 10yrs since ive been there,the shower at that time was one locked cubicle in the toilets at the side of the pumpsno doubt been modified since then.

No, its not changed and If you want to use them between 2200 and 0700 you are out of luck because the cafe is closed and they have the key.

J9 has showers, which I am told are decent, but I have never been in. I think it is £2 to use them though.
The last time i was in j9 the shower/toilet block was filthy. And this was after the revamp.
south mimms are decent or rugby truckstop alothough it is off route
