I am lead to believe that all the shopping trolleys are still going to be doing 40 on the A9 . That is ridiculous . I find those shopping trolleys annoyingCan’t really believe that (although wouldn’t be surprised
). If the speed limit is 50 i see no reason why they would be instructed to continue at 40.
Maybe because its a limit,not a target
its also flipping annoying when you cant overtake for miles or get to the dually and their on the limiter. mind its about 80 miles of single carraigeway from perth to inverness.
