I’ve been reading about a centre right “Think tank” who want (among other things) to make it a requirement for local authorities with a charging CAZ to introduce a citizen-based reporting system under which people reporting an idling vehicle would get a share of the fine

Now CAZ’s are rolling out this year in some cities & across other local authorities right across the country from 2020.
If you are parked up overnight in a CAZ area & have your night heater on could some snitch technically dob you in for running your diesel night heater?
