Lost weight using myfitnesspal app

Hi all just wanted to try help out a few drivers, I’ve been using my fitnesspal to track my calorie intake. Its a great little app you put in your details and it tells you how many calories you can eat to lose weight. I started this at start of november and have lost nearly 4 stone, i did start at gym aswell end Jan so thats speeded things up. But seriously people give it a try there are far to many drivers dying early through ill health. :blush:

lost 10 Kilo in 5 Weeks.
Flow with BA to LA,and went hiking for 4 Weeks in Bishop.
Bloodsugar Level and Bloodpressure is now OK again.
May go in Nobember for 2 or 3 weeks again.
Cheap too.
£400.- with Norwegian Air LA retourn.
Bus&Train from LA to Bishop.
In Bishop either Hostel for $20.- a Neight or Campsite in Big Pine for £12,-
Hostel California has Public Kitchen,and Campsite has Fire Rings for cooking

Have to recomment such Holiday for the over 50’s to get back to Health (a bit)
