You're partners driving

Just wondering what people’s partners driving is like? Mine? She’s awful, brakes too late, can’t stay in one lane around roundabouts, stops half way across the road at roadworks on a red light nearly blocking the traffic coming the other way and don’t get me started on her parking (she’d be a great daily contender on the I park like a ■■■■ facebook page)!

I used to open my mouth and tell her but she just doesn’t get it so just have to grit my teeth and bury my head in me coat! But despite all this I think she’s the most gorgeous woman in the world and love her loads! (Most of the time)

You’d never think she was Class 1 driver for Stobarts.

Seriously, Mrs BB is a fair driver at best

Oh and its your, not you’re.

lol it takes a brave man to criticize his partners driving mine was driving tractors as soon as she could reach the pedals so any criticism is met with “and how long have you been driving” and to be fair to her she can reverse a trailer better than most of us

Copy, paste and off to Facebook we go :grimacing:

Mrs F refuses to drive if I’m in the car. So no comment on her driving, but then, I am a coward…
Paul

My girlfriends 20 and failed her driving test 5 times. Chances are her theory pass will expire before she passes the practical.

Dont have a partner so cant comment on his driving

My wife doesn’t drive…

But if her cooking is anything to go by, then I’m glad!!!

She ain’t talking to me at the moment anyway, so do it, I’ll get a few more days of the silent treatment with a bit of luck

I’ve been with my GF 9 months and in that time I’d only been in the car with her twice and she now refuses to drive as she thinks I “comment” too much on her driving

+1:):)
Mine just refuses to listen to anything I say, reason I won’t marry her…#simples

wont let mine drive the car unless I’ve had a couple of beers, hate not being in control of a vehicle.

Mines actually ok to the extent where I don’t drive anywhere at weekends. She came to driving quite late having only passed 4 years ago and loves it so takes a bit of pride in it and actually volunteers to drive us around.

She will also happily wash and wax both cars but despises my 1968 beetle and won’t go in it saying its lethal (may have a point, it needs work, and is stood up for restoration now) and is my premature midlife crisis.

Sounds like my wife. I tell her that she scares the ■■■■ out of me when she drives and I get this “Yeah you drive a lorry, that don’t make you a professional driver!” and this is coming from a women who’s dad drove from the age of 18 to 60 years old when he died

Well her who must be obeyed is a driving instructor and her driving is impeccable although can feel painfully slow at times.

My girlfriend prefers the back seat

My wife is a good driver in the main although she doesn’t look far enough in advance at roundabouts for my liking :unamused: I don’t criticise her or say anything but apparently it’s the way I don’t speak :open_mouth: :open_mouth: Women eh

I taught my girlfriend how to drive along with some paid tution, when we met she didn’t even understand fully how to operate the pedals, was bloody hard work but ended up passing with 3 faults. She’s been driving for 9months now and is very good, better than a lot of people that have many years under their belt, she’s happy to drive in central london if I’m with her but is still abit nervous about driving on the right.

And I don’t back seat drive… No need.
