The trouble is when your learning your just taught how to pass the test not how to drive in the real world.
I passed my test nearly 20 years ago and i don’t think i have ever done a reverse like the one on my test

good grief, he must have one of those special licences, you know with the red chicken on the back 
OK there’s no getting away from the fact that it was pretty shocking reversing, but to be honest as he appears to be an inexperienced C+E driver I would have offered help rather than sat there filming him

newbie i would say and hes probably trying his best , he hasnt got the concept of too much steering yet but he will . and he was probably aware that he was being filmed and that wont help matters will it .

It wasn’t blind side, and the bloke had somehow got from Poland to France
As for helping him I wouldn’t have got within 100 foot of him

Wasn’t it on foreign plates so prob left hand drive so not blind side.
But would have been nice to offer guidance as was obviously struggling with the manoeuvre
