You couldnt make it up lycra loons at it again

And in view of my last sentiment I am going to prove it by asking you this- What’s it like being a convict?

Always give way if it can help to avoid an incident.

Makes sense to me…

That would apply to all road users. Including cyclists.

I’ve huge muscles in me right leg from dragging the ball and chain around.

We are more civilised here in England.

We let our wives walk all by themselves…

In 1888 a law was passed requiring all cyclists in London to ring their bell continuously while in motion. THIS LAW HAS NEVER BEEN ABOLISHED … remember that you BELLEND on a bike

Duncan Snellgrove who killed veteran Roy Galvin in dispute over cycle lanes is jailed | Daily Mail Online

I’m not seeing the relevance here, It would appear to be more of a case of a nasty thug who happened to be on a bike rather than “a cyclist”. It was not an unfortunate accident through bad road infrastructure or poor judgement by an otherwise well meaning cyclist. This was a nasty and pointless attack by an individual with a history of violence.

“The court heard Snellgrove has 17 previous convictions for 29 offences, several for violent attacks”

The sentence seems particularly lenient, if it was up to me he wouldn’t be seeing daylight again.

although laughing at the above posts as I find them amusing, then im not seeing the relevance here…if you sit behind the wheel you are a “driver”…if you park your bum cheeks on a bike saddle, then would you not be classed as a “cyclist”■■..or does that description only apply if you cover your shaved and oiled up legs in lycra and slide the saddle onto your mangina before drinking a pint of instant ringpiece, donning your helmet cam and fannying off looking for next weeks thrilling youtube instalment.■■
