Hi Steve,I would have gladly replaced Colin Crompton, but I draw the line at going t’ club in Salford. If they moved the venue to t’ I.O.M or Sheffield I’d give it a go!
Talking about wheel-tappers,I always wanted to be an engine driver but me eyes weren’t far enough apart.
Yes,I gave sterling service to shunting for Glass Glover for which I was amply rewarded.I also gave sterling service shunting for Wincanton for which I got bugger all.
Pass me those pies…they’ll be 'ollands of course, from Baxenden.

Hi all,

great thread, heres the only photo I have of me in Zeebrugge, I only drove the F16 for a week for a good mate of mine so I suppose it counts.

This is one of another good mate of mine that I ran with for a number of years - Dave Taylor with his own truck.

and the last one, my running mucker Brasso when we were on with Lee Durose International

I know both of them won’t mind me posting, don’t see Brasso anymore but see Dave now and again - good times.

Regards

Ant

Excellent additions.

OK not just you but work colleagues too, we might reintroduce a few people.

This lad was called Andre and was French but worked for us on Garrett International (MFG). Haven’t seen sight nor sound of him in nearly 20 years.

I remember Andre well Lonewolf, I used to meet up with him most weeks in Barcelona when I was on GBE.

All of us ended up in Barcelona lol that was where our groupage went to. Did you come to Pepis in El Prat? I’m still trying to find out if Terry married Pepi.
