Treat em mean keep em keen lol [emoji849]
Got a early knock off, small hamper, and a ticket x4 for a Family Stay at Alton Towers this weekend.
£280
The bonus at Tate & Lyle was based on company profits from that year.
Was well into 4 figures before they had to make changes to stop it.
Off until the 6th January, 2 bottles of quite expensive wine for the wife, and £200 in cash, and I have only been there since the start of the year.
Ken.
Yes got a bonus this year it was a choice between money or very large turkey but as only me dint fancy the turkey
A bulging bag of chocolate and a bag of DHL branded goodies oddly this year, a mug, 2 pens, lanyard, tin of mints and a water bottle. Better than flip all I guess.

On agency here, we’re getting £1ph for every hour worked in December - to be paid in January, which softens any blow from it turning absolutely dead for work around then I guess…
There wasn’t a “quiet January-March” this year, but I reckon I’m looking at around £200 to be paid January 2020.
We all got a £40 voucher card. Also got a Bottle of wine and a box of winegum sweets.
Zilch
Edited to add
In addition to Zilch , no Happy Christmas but a “no work for you on the horizon for next year” when I rang to enquire, have had no work for a month now.
Going to be a lean Christmas, thank goodness no kids now.
We get £5 for every full year of service, so this year I will get the wholesome value of £75 which is then taxed so I will get roughly £60.

1st shift after Christmas is £30 an hour…funnily enough it’s always a 15hour shift [emoji23][emoji106]

Now that is tight and on top of that taxed i think i would ask them to keep it as they might need it if that’s how they work talk about a insult not only to the worker to themselves

5 quid a year service for a Christmas present it has to be one for the record
What sort are they 1 pence a day and then they make themselves look good by making it up to round off the fiver
Keep it or give it to charity i wouldn’t work for anyone that tight

We never used to get anything and then about 8 years ago we started to get the Christmas bonus, but things might be changing next year as we have just been bought out and the company is changing visually. It’s been a good company to work for as I’ve been here 15 years and counting.

Last year we got a bag of crap lagers which probably fell off a pallet in the warehouse.
This year I got all my holiday declined 6 months after I put it in and I got a voucher for a meal deal for use in one of our stores (not a franchise though) which with staff discount equates to approx £2.70. Seen as I’m in on Xmas eve I’m still hoping for the bag of crap beer
