I’ll start the ball rolling with getting absolutely nothing! 
I got a £50 incentive on Tuesday because I refused to offload a full artic (with 200 light cardboard display stands 
) for the same money another driver would get for just sitting on a bay
Ours has doubled again this year still £0
Company I’ve just started for gets £400 bonus if you’ve been there a year £200 for 6 months and £100 for 3 months. Only been here 2 month so i get nothing haha gutted 
Never expect anything,then if you get something, as with anything else you get and didn`t expect its a bonus MERRY XMAS
A small food hamper with products from different customers. Better than sweet FA I suppose.

£75 Asda vouchers and £50 in this months salary. Also they’re paying for the staff night out at a fancy restaurant in town.
Nothing amazing but a nice gesture all the same.
Finished yesterday, 19th. Back on the 6th is the bonus with this job for me.
Some one remind me what is this Christmas bonus you mention.
Last year got a bottle.of.jack Daniels. All ever had in 3 years at this company and think only got it because there was some.going spare shall we say
One firm I worked for, an all expenses paid ■■■■ up in Blackpool, including a show. 
Then every other year I was there after that,… a voucher for a meal for me, wife and 4 kids at a local pub sent up to where I live (firm was based 350 mile away I was home based)
Then from the foreigners I worked for, 150 Euro bonus, food hamper (all good quality stuff) bottle of wine, case of Belgian beer.
This one ?..same as last 10 years…Jack ■■■■. …Merry Christmas. 
One company used to pay for a Xmas dinner dance. Free bar. We only had to pay for our room…

I’m not in full time driver employment, only casual otherwise it probably would be zilch.
But from a well known manufacturer (many on here will know of and delivered for or too)£1231 bonus plus £160 Xmas box.
It’s a bonus so I do count myself very lucky as it can be with drawn at anytime.

i cant comprehend anyone not deciding as and when to take their holidays with notice given.
just take them.
the company can like it or lump it…end of.
for a couple of days off then worse case scenario phone in with 24 hours notice and self certify with food poisoning. job done.

One pound note on eBay for 99p. With free post & packing!
Rare ones may be worth more though.
One cent a km paid out at Xmas do so about 4/5 thousand km a week around $2000 before tax , got $900 minus tax as only started end July. Didn’t think it was yo shoddy just for doing my job
