I think you need to read the thread as your comment about VOSA and black and yellow cars makes absolutely zero sense.
It’s worth remembering that a 17yr old or anyone else that has just passed their driving test can go and drive on the motorway with no additional training at all!!! The DSA missed a chance recently to make Pass Plus compulsary and instead added unaided driving to the test (using about 3 basic directions) for about 10mins instead 
Everyone should also have to take a night driving test, maybe that will cut down the number of numpties who think it’s ok to drive on main beam and front fog lights, waynekerrs.

Where is the nearest motorway to Ullapool or Thurso? 
It is OK explaining it in Theory, but that is where the problems start, the first time you meet one!
