‘…where has the common sense gone in our society…’
Society swallowed the bait set by Blair in accepting ‘diversity’ as being wonderfully fantastic - ie, it kept schtum when he was bulldozing in millions of international immigrants (and their immigrant cultures) to come and dilute the UK’s once proud and ‘common’ identity.
Surely, only bigots think otherwise
Milliband said recently your’e not a bigot to think this way in an apology to the British public. Too late mate! The damage is done.
But it was Gordon the Moron who commented quite loudly about " That bigoted woman"
However new rules stop us talking about politics on a lorry drivers forum about cornflakes
No Toby didnt know there was one. It was a French chap booked me in . Going back to the original point our curtains have a notice on them from Lawrence David that they are loadbearing but we still have to strap all loads . We carry cornflakes etc from Kelloggs and this is the only load where we only strap just the rear pallets

Which belies how ‘they’ of the EU’s puppets in the Lib/Lab/Con(spiracy) would ideally prefer us to shut-up - which is why we should not shut-up when we see undemocratic injustices happen to our society

But politics affect every aspect of our lives, actions and thoughts - although too many (lorry drivers?) blindly accept that what Brussels says for the sake of our national benefit when it very often isn’t in Britain’s best interest to blindly kowtow to it’s expensive, ineffective & too often counter-productive and half-hearted, confusing (ie, strap-type) nonsense.
“Company manager refuses to provide straps to secure the load and accepts all responsibility as a result” date time sign and print name.
that only works one way with the paperwork when companies are constantly covering their backs they would just say “i aint signing that”
but when i did inductions at places i had to sign around 8 pages of bull like “when i pull curtains back i will not walk back wards without looking where i am going” then when one day you balls up they will magically pull out a piece of paper saying “you said you would’nt do that on your induction!”

that wont make a ■■■■ of difference with the fuzz etc, you take it out, your responsibility.
Don’t know if you got different Health rules on the island, anyway. You NEVER ever put a strap over human food unless the strap has been disinfected.
If the police/inspector still insists on securing the load with straps you first require him to put his name on the freight documents.

Don’t think that would work. Vosa / police would insist you, the driver is ultimately responsible. The only way would be to make the company liable as the driver is. Perhaps add a zero on their fine to get the message across
