For me its either TK Maxx Leicsā€¦9 hours or Argos Bridgwater 24 hours,both were Container jobs and the Bridgy job I dropped the trailer and scuttled home for the night.

Here we go:

Any Tesco where you canā€™t sit in your cab. Yeah right. :stuck_out_tongue:

Any RDC where you have to stand on the bay while they tip you e.g. Sainsburyā€™s Rye Park, Waitrose Bracknell gate 1. :unamused:

All Netto and Aldi, Lidl. But particularly Netto Pontefract :imp:

Morrisonā€™s Wakefield is a dump with some of the most minging Goods-In staff Iā€™ve ever seen. :frowning:

If I had the opportunity to blow one up though - probably Netto Pontefract. Jumped up clerks, arrogant / jumped up checker-come-door operator, bays are always full from the previous load to be tipped. Not enough electric trucks to go around (self-tip site). And at least one bay (41) that will take your rear lights out unless you drop your trailer suspension.

Donā€™t mind the rest. Most of the time.

Think itā€™s why I like working on our waste contract. Sure it smells a bit and you need to use the welly boots the firm give you - but you never have to visit an RDC with 20 tonne of ā– ā– ā– ā–  on board. :smiley:

I must say now i don`t do the chill / fresh there, the atttude I get at the ambient is ok-ish as they just want you in/out

I ended up in there at around 5pm on a friday, several powered pallet trucks available, but only 1 key ā€¦ and that had gone missing.
As for the staff, Im sure they spray you with a cloak of invisibilty when you walk through the door, as the staff just look straight through you as if you wasnt there, and ignore you EVEN if your stood in front of em! :smiling_imp:

now when the office ask me to go to any netto warehouse I just tell em that I`m barred from site

edit; As I used to work inside a warehouse ā€¦ I`ve just found my old bunch of MHE keys, so who knows they might come in handy :wink:
and I can always ask a few ex work mates to find a few spare keys in the warehouse:wink:

Morrisons chilled at Northwich.

You can have anywhere between 1 and 26 pallets,and itā€™ll still take them 2-3 hours to check it off,once itā€™s tipped.

Mind you,as Iā€™m paid by the hour on the agency,who caresā– ā– ? :laughing: :laughing:

Argos at Daventry was the worst by far at one time, followed by Argos at Kettering nowadays, bloody usless :smiling_imp:

They seem to be getting better on nights .
First time I was there , only one on the bay , nearly two ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  hours :imp:
Went there weds night and only spent 30 mins there gate to gate .

My vote has to be Asda Dartford , not been in a while and I donā€™t want to go back either .

Out of our own depots it has to be strood .
Last time I went there , as soon as I parked in the yard the manager and the forklift driver came over and started gobbing , I hadnā€™t even got out of the cab .
They got my temper 100 % straight away as I hate the place anyway .
I jumped out slammed the door and asked them why they think they have to behave like a bunch of Pricks all the time .
Then carried on and told them they have a reputation for being the biggest bunch of ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  in the company and not one driver has a good word to say about them . They had me tipped and away in 20 minutes , normally looking at about 2 hours , for no reason whats so ever .
I,ve never been sent back since :laughing: :laughing:

its not an RDC as such but i loath the tray wash at hinkley . my record is 3.5 hours for 16 pallets of trays locked out of your cab have to sit in the most uncomfortable waiting area thatā€™s about 8X12 with all the tesco drivers . when you complain the armenian gits suddenly speak no English
the dump needs burning
every other wash iā€™ve been to has you gone within the hour

Pitched up on friday morning 5mins late, was put into the late cue, Not a problem i thought as i only had 4 pallets,

I ran out of spread in there, when i got there i was only 3hrs into my day, I spent 12hrs sitting there, Then slept there the night, and they tipped me first thing saturday morning,

I hope to god i never have to go there again

Netto south elmsall(pontefract) gets my vote too. What a bunch of miserable arrogant ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  they are!
The first time i went in was with a load of washing powder.
I went through all the usual rigmarole you get in rdcs- standing at the desk in your "invisibility cloak" until they deem you important enough to grunt at. They gave me a bay(which was full)... i waited till the nob had cleared all the plts away. No electric trucks available so im dragging these bloody heavy plts off and putting them in the lane.
I got about 10 or 11 off when mr shouty comes over on his electric forklift-ā€œyoull have to turn all them round, You should have put them the other way!!" So im stood there sweating my nads off while hes on his flt "up yours mate do you think im soft or summat? you want em turning good luckā€
He had the kind of face you just want to smack!
ā€œyou wont get your plts backā€ he says
"im heartbroken! your a ā– ā– ā– ā– !" I went back to the office after tipping(i carried on the same way with the plts) Oh yea thats "furious frank" or whatever his name was-cant remember. Hes always like that. :open_mouth:
Another century for them to check it and i escaped. Crap Hole place!

I see Nettoā€™s south elmsall hasnā€™t changed in the 12 years since I was banned from the god forsaken place - That is one place I will never ever set foot in again as long as I live, arrogant company, ignorant workers!!
